Heatstrip ® elegance (the2400)-HEATSTRIP ® Elegance is a range of stylish, premium, high-intensity electric panel heaters. Benefits-Radiant heaters are often the most effective and preferred way to heat an outdoor or tough-to-heat indoor area. Unlike traditional convection heaters, Our HEATSTRIP® range heaters will heat directly heat the surface of the objects through infrared waves, while convection heaters heat the air between objects. HEATSTRIP® electric radiant heaters are more effective within an outdoor or uninsulated indoor area because they provide targeted warmth directly to the people and objects in their path. Using the radiant heating principle, HEATSTRIP® can provide comfortable heating for undercover outdoor and indoor open areas. Our innovative design of the HEATSTRIP® enables comfortable and even heat dispersion from the heater surface with minimal operational cost.
Mounting options-The installation of HEATSTRIP® Elegance is simple and easy with the standard mounting brackets supplied. For other locations, there is a range of mounting options available. The HEATSTRIP® Elegance can be mounted directly to the ceiling; angled downwards on a wall; fitted flush with the ceiling; suspended on chains or poles; attached to beams/poles/umbrellas; mounted end-to-end, or 2 units together.

Delivery
- After ordering online, expect an email confirmation from The BBQ Store Pty Ltd with your order details (if you have provided an email address).
- Order receipt is confirmed shortly after placing.
- Goods shipped via Aus Post or Courier Service within 1 working day, or longer if items are unavailable. You will be notified if there is a delay.
- Signature is required upon delivery (unless authorized to leave package).
- If you are not home during delivery, the parcel is held at the Courier Depot or local Post Office. Pickup must occur within 48hrs, or it will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery charges apply for items returned to our warehouse.
- Changing delivery address after dispatch incurs a $17.00 charge.
Returns Policy
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in Brand New Condition to qualify for our 100% Satisfaction Return Policy. Please return items within 30 days of receipt. For returns after 30 days, store credit will be issued. Include a copy of the invoice and reason for return. Failure to provide documentation may delay processing.
